Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

The order can be cancelled up to minimum 1 day before scheduled delivery/pickup time. Else, cancellation comes with no refund.
Orders/ cancellations can be placed during store timings-10am to 8pm.
There is no return once the product is delivered
Delivery will be planned in a day slot of 12pm-7pm. For a specific delivery time, order can be collected from our store-T-2/0502, Fifth Floor, Paras Tierea, Sector 137, Noida, Uttar Pradesh-201301..
In case of conditions beyond our control viz. bad weather conditions or festive/operationally heavy days, we might face delays. We will keep you posted in any such scenario. We seek co-operation from you during such circumstances.
All personal information such as name, address, phone number is used by us to process your order and remains confidential.
Cash on delivery is not applicable on website orders. For COD orders, please get in touch with us directly at 9711000580.
Free delivery on all orders above Rs.1999 (within a 10km radius).
Orders to be placed atleast 24 hours in advance. For custom cakes, we need a prior notice of atleast 48-72 hours.

Bigger cakes with special logistic requirements shall attract additional delivery charges.

Refund: Incase an advanced order is cancelled, the amount shall be credited within 3-5 working days.
